"For whosever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
                                                                            Romans10:23

In  Acts 16:30, a man asked one of the Apostles a question concerning being saved.  He asked  "What must I do to be saved?"  The answer the Apostle gave is found in the next verse, he said  "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved."

Through the years since this was written, there have been many things added to this truth.  Churches and denominations and individual preachers have tried to change or alter this simple fact.  If you will truly believe in Christ you will be saved.

You may wonder, "How do I believe, or is there something to do to prove I believe?"  Well, this same Apostle wrote in the book of Romans 10:9-10;  "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

These verses simply say to the person who believes in Jesus that they need to tell someone they believe. This is called confession.

In Romans 10:13 the Apostle makes a bold statement. He says "for whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
When he uses the word  "whosoever" it opens the door to heaven for all people of all nationalities, anyone who really wants to be saved.

The "Question" is not whether Jesus can save you, but rather, do you really want to be saved?  The same Lord that saved the Apostles is the same Lord that can and will save you.

May God truly bless you in your decision.
